Commissioned by the college as an entrance piece.  Visitors can walk through if they wish.

The theme of the sculpture reflects the noise and wind of the turbine developed by Joseph Ruston.  Water flows down one of the sides providing a tactile element.  The polished finish on the sculpture reflects the light and seasonal conditions, giving a constantly changing dimension to the work.

4 metres in diameter the sculpture had to be of a size and substance to have visual presence.
